Your purchase

Unlike some suppliers, we don't charge you until we've dispatched your goods. And if we're ever 'out-of-stock' of an item you've ordered, we'll let you know before taking your order. Generally, appliance testers are dispatched within 24 hours of your order. We'll agree the freight costs with you before you order so there'll be no nasty surprises.
