'Protag' bring together the combination of the Seaward range of PAT's, Seaward's 'PATGuard' software and their own unique range products to deliver an all-in-one solution for Portable Appliance testing, recording and tag printing.

The Protag Lite system ustilises the Europa-XE model to deliver a cost effective complete testing system. It's ideal for 'clean' environment testing such as schools, colleges and offices.

Europa-XE portable appliance tester

Seawards Europa-XS is the most affordable recording tester on the market. Its' compact and lightweight design provide an ideal solution for Ônon harshÕ environment testing . Supplied complete with PATSLite Software, leads and durable carry-case. An alpha-numeric keypad, full menu-driven display and dual RS232 ports, Printer and scanner connections.

Protag Lite printer

The ProTagLite thermal transfer printer prints durable and permanent synthetic test tags on-site directly from your Europa XE appliance tester. Just perform the test and print the tag. Your savings on test tags alone will pay for the printer in no time. The tags are printed with the appliance number, appliance number bar code, test date, user name and test status. You can even customise the test tag with with your organisation's logo loaded permanently in the printer's memory and printed on every test tag for asset identification purposes. ProTag test tags are accountable and accurate. The system is fool proof and tamper evident as tags are generated directly from the testerÕs test results. Test the appliance, print the tag, peel it off and stick it on. ProTag test tags are less than half the price of typical handwritten tags and provide an enormous productivity boost.

Seaward PATSlite software

PATSLite - the heart of your ProTag Lite System. The key to any good preventive maintenance system is the keeping of detailed records. PATSLite is an easy to use download program that maintains records on your portable appliance tests and allows you to print certificates for items that have been tested. Simply connect your Europa XE to your laptop or computer, choose the 'Download' option, name your database and PATSLite will download your test results into a database. PATSLite uses an industry leading Windows Explorer style of navigating the database. The left hand side of the split being a tree of clients, sites and locations, while the right hand side is a report-style list of assets.

Protag Lite barcode scanner

The bar code scanner is an essential tool in speeding up testing and next test procedures. If your assets already have asset identification bar codes, then you only need to swipe the bar code to identify the asset and then proceed with the safety test. Once your assets have the ProTag printer's bar coded test tags, the next test is even faster as you only need to swipe the bar code on the test tag, reducing the amount of data entry for asset identification prior to the test.
